We often take on a project at its inception and follow it through until completion, however we often become involved when clients have an architect or other professional leading a project and reach a point where a specialist is required for detailing, advice or specifications for the timber frame element.
We are happy to work as part of a professional design team, with local authorities, working groups, building trusts or development companies to provide advice and individual services.
All of our individual services and more can be offered either on a fixed fee or structured hourly basis.
