With each project being unique we offer a tailored approach to each individual project and often provide a combination of services to clients. Our fees are structured for each project and we can work on a fixed fee basis or provide an hourly rate depending on the nature of the project.
We are happy to provide an initial meeting free of charge to discuss most individual projects and can provide a fee structure and tailored schedule of works following this.

Consultancy services
We often take on a project at its inception and follow it through until completion, however we often become involved when clients have an architect or other professional leading a project and reach a point where a specialist is required for detailing, advice or specifications for the timber frame element.
We are happy to work as part of a professional design team, with local authorities, working groups, building trusts or development companies to provide advice and individual services.
All of our individual services and more can be offered either on a fixed fee or structured hourly basis.
