Sadly this is one of our more commonly requested services. Total loss may not necessarily mean that a building has completely disappeared but rather a single element may have been destroyed such as a roof by, for example, fire or flood damage or simply by over eager developers at some point in the building history.
Using our experience and understanding of the development of timber framed buildings and the different details and methods used throughout the centuries we are able to combine this with what ever evidence may remain to provide detailed designs and specifications for accurate reconstruction of the lost elements.
