With many of our clients living in rural areas where planning policies are restrictive it may be possible to look at building under permitted development. We are well versed in the current legislation and are able to offer advice on the current criteria and if required obtain the necessary certificates from the council.
Whilst there have been reforms to the planning system in recent years it is still a complex system demanding more detailed plans and reports such as statements of significance, protected species reports, flood risk assessments and tree protection reports to name but a few.
